If you're looking for a way to boost your fat-burning sky-high, here's a great tip for you: focus on single
ingredient meals, especially after 6:00pm.
Note: this is not a long-term strategy, nor is itsomething you should do every day. Aim forconsuming 3-4 meals
per week at first that contain only one ingredient.
Guess what ingredient that is?
Protein.

The key is one ingredient. Consume your normal meal's calories all in protein. This will help elevate your
